Credit Card Debt Relief Scams
Do you find some companies that offer deals for your credit card debt relief that are too good to be true? Some companies across America are offering just that. Deals that are too good to be true. They are offering Credit card debt reductions, and a lowered interest rate. There are a growing amount of companies that offer credit card debt relief across America. The problem with some of these companies are some of these programs are scams that are owned by con artists.
Some people with credit card debt are better suited to file for bankruptcy than to pursue credit card debt relief companies. Sometimes these scam artists charge an upfront fee for a lot of money and they promise to reduce your credit card rates or lower your debts. Charging an upfront fee is ethical, its under your nose, but it is also illegal, but a regular citizen would not know. An upfront fee is something to watch out for when looking for a credit card debt relief company.
If you are paying your minimum monthly payments, the credit companies do not want you to search for any credit card debt relief companies, they want to keep you on the cycle of you paying your minimum monthly payments so you would continue paying them for 30 years and they make more than ten times what you borrowed initially. The reason that scammers want to “help” you is because they want a piece of what you are paying to the credit card companies, and the only way they can make that money is with credit card debt relief scams. Do not fall for small credit card debt relief scams, they are usually small companies with no reviews and very few customers. Before you join any credit card debt relief programs, you have to do background checks, reviews and research.
